Sir Wilfred Fish Research Prize 

I received the Sir Wilfred Fish Research Prize (2022) for my study on the use of Metformin as adjunct in normoglycemic patients in periodontal therapy. The Sir Wilfred Fish Prize is the most prestigious prize of the British Society of Periodontology, and is awarded annually to an early-career researcher who has made a significant contribution to basic, translational or clinical dental research.

1st Place in Postgraduate Clinical Research Competition

Achieved 1st place in the Postgraduate Clinical Research Competition at the 2023 British Society for Oral and Dental Research ECR Conference.

NIHR Clinical Lectureship in Periodontology

Postdoctoral award that provides a clinical and academic training environment for dentists to establish themselves as independent researches and leaders
